When I first came to see Dr. Grimes, I was seven months pregnant and in a lot of pain in my lower back area. I could barely walk. This was my very first time seeing a chiropractor and like most people I was skeptical, especially with being pregnant. All I can say is that Dr. Grimes was a Godsend. First of all Dr. Grimes and his wife are two of the nicest, caring people you will ever meet. Dr. Grimes makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and completely put my mind at ease when it came to my baby and having adjustments on my back.

He has a completely safe table for pregnant women, so when he adjusts you your baby is very safe. I’m so glad I overcame my skepticism because Dr. Grimes has done wonders for me. I feel normal again and I can walk and move around very comfortably which is a good thing because at the rate I was going with the pain, I had the feeling that I was going to have to stay in bed for the rest of my pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr. Grimes not just for everyone, but also especially for pregnant women!

As a result of my chiropractic treatment with Dr. Grimes, I have not experienced one single headache since the first day of treatment. Skeptically I want to Dr. Grimes after hearing how he relieved tremendous pain from a friends lower back and stomach area due to Crohn’s Disease. Twice in one year I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy due to IBS with constipation. Having this problem well over 25 years, taking numerous old and new medications, and numerous doctors visits in various fields, I was left still with IBS. Medications made me sick and increased my discomfort. Upon my first visit with Dr. Grimes, being educated not only on IBS and other problems that doctors could not find relief for, such as migraine headaches, his information made good common sense.

The structure of the spine and nerve endings being released to extend healing to specific areas of the spine, muscles, organs, etc. made logical sense. After 3 adjustments I began to get relief daily, from my previously stated health problems. My family members close to me knowing of my health problems are happy for me and amazed at my journey for health care ending up with Dr. Grimes’ chiropractic care. No longer am I or my family members skeptical about the benefits of chiropractic care with Dr. Grimes. Last year my husband and I were in a motorcycle accident in Oregon. As a result of the accident, I had a fractured skull, concussion, and lots of scrapes and bruises. Within a week after the accident I started getting migraine headaches and extreme dizziness and vertigo. I have had headaches all my life but these were more severe. The headaches were so bad that I had to go to quick care for Imitrex shots to relieve the pain. I also had a lot of neck pain which I’m sure contributed to my headaches. During this time I experienced forgetfulness, confusion and became extremely unfocused. My husband and I decided it was time to see a chiropractor to relieve the headaches and vertigo. As a result of my chiropractic treatment with Dr. Grimes, I have not experienced one single headache since the first day of treatment.

I have suffered with headaches for 25 years. My vertigo is completely gone and my thought processes and organizational skills are much better. My big surprise was discovering that the motion sickness I had suffered with since I was a child is gone. My husband and I were visiting friends in Idaho three weeks ago, and they wanted to take us for a ride in the mountains. I was unaware it would be 86 miles on a single lane dirt road with endless curves and me sitting in the back seat. Normally on a ride like this I would have been throwing up along side the rode and would have still been nauseous two days later. But, not once did I feel a twinge of sickness. I am so pleased with the treatments and results I have received since starting my treatments with Dr. Grimes. I have truly never felt better in my life!

I originally came in for back pain, which was becoming a chronic problem for me. As a result of Dr. Grimes’ great adjusting, not only has my back pain been relieved, but the pain & discomfort which I had due to endometriosis (ie. severe menstrual cramps & pain with intercourse) has resolved! Now my husband and I are experiencing a great sex life! And , we’re hoping that our infertility problem will also be resolved!
